As part of Stafford Hospital’s “Taking Patient Care to the Next Level” project, Humanoid took an excursion to the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge. Researchers Pam Garside and Blaine Landis conducted an independent review of the leadership development programme, confirming the results to be overwhelmingly positive.
Humanoid interviewed both associates for the benefit of NHS leadership at the NHS Confederation’s annual conference. Garside praised the initiative, urging executives to consider extending the programme throughout the organisation.
