Humanoid's first collaboration with the Mid Staffs NHS Foundation Trust promotes the new patient passport system. The system aims to support service users with learning disabilities; each individual's passport contains information about their preferences and how to communicate with them, making it easier for all members of staff to understand the user's needs in the absence of a carer.

Humanoid produced a video to explain the new system for the benefit of first-time users. Patrick Nyarumbu, Associate Director of Patient Experience at Stafford Hospital, commented: "the team is very professional and full of creative ideas. They delivered an excellent product and I am happy to work with them again in the future".

This new relationship with Stafford Hospital has led to subsequent joint projects, including the "Taking Patient Care to the Next Level" series. 

 
Humanoid covered Staffordshire University’s annual Chancellor’s Forum last night, featuring forward-thinking talks from new Vice Chancellor Professor Michael Gunn, Deputy Vice Chancellor Paul Richards and retiring Chancellor Lord Bill Morris. 

This event gives University stakeholders the opportunity to stay informed on the latest University plans and research ventures.

 
The citizens of Stafford lined the streets this Sunday to celebrate the inauguration of James Stanley Highfield of Stone, Staffordshire as the new mayor of Stafford Borough. After donning his ceremonial gowns and chain at Stafford's Gatehouse Theatre, Highfield delivered a warm address to the assembled dignitaries, telling them "we have a borough, frankly, all of us should be proud of".

Also inaugurated was Mayoress Frances Knight - a dear friend of Highfield's - who joined him in Market Square as a parade of Stafford's military and civilians saluted his commencement. The mayoral procession worshipped in St. Mary's church before retiring to the civic offices, where the mayor performed his first official act: a toast to the Queen.

Humanoid captured the excitement and pageantry every step of the way, creating a short film to commemorate Highfield's initiation as the latest to hold the historic office of the mayor.
