Staffordshire University commissioned Humanoid to edit a fitting tribute to its two departing dignitaries: Chancellor Lord Bill Morris of Handsworth and Vice Chancellor Professor Christine King.

The touching commemoration draws footage from events spanning the University careers of the Chancellor and Vice-Chancellor, highlighting their involvement in University events and charitable causes. Humanoid's video premiered at a dinner hosted in their honour on the evening of Lord Morris' final Graduation address as Chancellor.

An experimental new feature of Staffordshire University’s Awards Week, the Diary Room was installed in the press marquee for students, their families and lecturers to record personal messages, thanks and congratulations.

Humanoid crewed the diary room throughout the week. Interviews were published each night through the University’s online social networking.

The Press Office were impressed with the quality and positivity of the messages and decided to commission a special condensed edit for promotional purposes.

 
Once again, Humanoid sent film crews throughout both Staffordshire University campuses, capturing proceedings at one of their many open days. The teams conducted interviews with prospective students to get their thoughts on the day.

Demonstrations and talks were running across all faculties, with engaging displays at the TV centre, newsroom, automotive and robotic engineering labs, crime house and courtrooms. This was a great opportunity for Humanoid to capture footage of the University in full swing for future interviews.
