Property Rights
a) Humanoid Productions retain all property rights and copyright unless otherwise stated.
b) Humanoid Productions retain ownership of all products until full payment is received.
c) All Recommendations and advice given by Humanoid Productions is for guidance only
Quotation & Payment
a) All Quotations are valid for 28 days
b) Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT
c) A 25% deposit is payable in advance for each project. If a high budget production >£10,000 staged payments of up to three increments may be implemented.
d) Payment is required by cheque or bank transfer for the invoice amount to Humanoid Productions Ltd within 30 days of the issued invoice. If payment is not met after the 30-day period a statutory rate of interest will be charged each day.
e) On Signing acceptance of the quote via a PO the customer accepts liability and payment of the full amount.
Cancellation
a) The customer cannot change their obligations from the contract, nor can they be transferred to anyone else.
b) By cancelling a contract within fourteen days of signing the quotation, the customer will forfeit the full deposit. If the customer cancels after fourteen days, the full quotation will be charged.
Location
a) All crew roles, times and location addresses will be listed on a “call sheet” before the start of each shooting day.
b) Only required crew and allotted individuals should be present on location.
c) The “Location Manager” is in charge of the location and has the right to remove anyone from the set.
Humanoid Productions will not be liable for the following
a) The fault in any of their products or services as a result of improper use.
b) Failure to provide products or services caused by events outside the control of Humanoid Productions Ltd.
c) Damage to persons, property or data caused by the use of Humanoid Productions products or services.
d) Delay or failure to conform to any of the obligations under the contract that are caused by unforeseen circumstances outside the control of Humanoid Productions, failure of computer systems, software and equipment used by Humanoid Productions and any of their suppliers.
e) Consequential loss, including profit and third party claims.
f) Any data kept by humanoid productions will remain under the privacy act.
